At the San Diego Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, I managed events and moved the organization forward technologically. I updated the association’s computer systems, built a network, converted an old database, and created and maintained the first website. I transitioned the chapter into the modern era.

We developed programs to raise funds that the national organization implemented. We used volunteers more effectively. We pushed our superiors and partners to keep promises they made but rarely kept. Despite a shoestring budget, we raised exponentially more money than in years prior.
